Minnesota's

"LEADING LADIES"

performed by Dakota Fine Arts Consortium (DFAC), selected to represent Region V at AACTFest 2013 in Carmel, Indiana.

At the recent Region V AACT Fest, held April 25 through 28 in Fargo, North Dakota, seven shows were presented by theatres from four of the seven states in our region and adjudicated by a panel of three adjudicators.

Minnesota was represented by DFAC and the Fungus Amongus Players from Dassel-Cokato Community Theatre which presented "The Diviners".  Both companies did great jobs of presenting their plays and adjusting them to the two level thrust stage at Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre's facility.

DFAC now has the opportunity to represent Region V at AACTFest 2013 to be held June 17 through 23 in Carmel, Indiana.  This is the second festival cycle in a row where one of Minnesota's shows has advanced to the national festival.

A large contingent from Minnesota will be in Carmel to support our "Leading Ladies".  You can join us, too.  Go to www.aactfest.org for more information.
