MACT*Fest 2023
MACT will be holding MACT*Fest 2023, its biennial adjudicated play festival, March 25 and 26 at the Central Square Cultural & Civic Center in Glenwood, MN.
2023 is the 50th anniversary of MACT. This will be the 26th biennial statewide adjudicated play festival of the Minnesota Association of Community Theatres!

COVID-19 Policy: MACT follows our host’s policies for our festivals and events. Central Square follows the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and Minnesota Department of Health. At this time, masks are NOT required, but MACT*Fest attendees are welcome to wear masks for their comfort and safety. Masks and hand sanitizer are available at the registration desk. To ensure everyone’s safety, please assess any symptoms you may have prior to attending the theatre. We invite your community and theatre to consider this opportunity to showcase your community and your organization to theatre lovers from all over Minnesota and beyond. Start planning now to bring a show to MACT*Fest ’23. The deadline for entering a show in the festival has been extended to February 6th, 2023 (received by MACT date). Entry information is below. We will continue to accept application to present shows until we hit our 12 show limit. Additional shows will be assigned to last remaining open performance slot based on the order in which they are received. Shows entered after February 6th might not be included in the promotional items and programs.
