MACT Member Benefit

Get your annual MACT membership free

Our on-line ticketing company, "Tickets To The City" (TTTC), has a new benefit for Minnesota's theatres.  If you agree to a demo of their offering, they will give you a one year MACT membership.  And if you like what you see, they will pay your annual MACT membership as long as you continue to use their on-line ticketing service.

There are no fees (credit card, transaction or processing fees) to your theatre for using their service to sell tickets.

They pay you for the tickets sold on a weekly basis ... no waiting weeks for getting your money ... and no holdback amounts.

Tickets To The City also provides a free Virtual Box Office so you can sell tickets to call in or walk ups who wish to pay for tickets with a credit card.  They don’t charge a fee to the ticket buyer or to you when you sell a ticket thru the Virtual Box Office (but you can add one if you like).

You can take donations thru TTTC. (They don’t charge a fee for this service but the credit card companies’ fees do come off the top.)

Your customers can buy individual general admission tickets, reserve their seats and/or buy season tickets online and you get 100% of the ticket price PLUS ten cents per ticket.

You can also provide VIP’s with comp tickets.

The fee to the ticket buyer when they buy a ticket online is $1.00 if the net ticket price is $12 or less, $1.25 plus the credit card fee for tickets over $12.

TTTC’s fees are based on what the ticket sold for, not what it was listed for. (Some other ticketing services base their fees on the published price rather than the actual selling price.)

You can change your customer’s tickets to another date or give the customer a refund.

Your season ticket holders can reserve their specific seats themselves and you’ll know about it the minute it happens. (Flex ticket packages only.)

Their web administrator can set up your shows at no additional cost (but rather as a courtesy to you - which is terrific for those who have a limited # of events).

Because their service is continually improving, they often make updates to the service based on requests of their clients.

You capture information about your ticket buyers including their email address, phone # and mailing address.

TTTC has an auditing feature so you can analyze your ticket sales.

They provide no cost, tech support to you and even to your customers should they need to call them.

If you use a Zebra or Boca printer TTTC will set up a template for you at no extra charge.

Your customer receives an email the day of the show reminding them of the time and place.

TTTC can provide you with access to credit card readers and bar code scanners if you need them.
