Here's a tail-wagging musical about everybody's best friend! Ralph, a lonely kind of guy, and Angel, a special young woman from "up North," care for homeless dogs at the city animal shelter. Each dog has a special story to tell in song. Only Max, with leather jacket, greased back ears, and sunglasses, is too cool of a cat - er - dog to admit he wants a home. But at the shelter, time is limited and only a miracle can save the furry characters
